Welcome to Mysterious Night Vision Field Journal

This web site was started in 2004 by sisters Cheryl Renee Long and Sandy Brown Jensen to explore gel pen and Prismacolor pencils on black paper.

Since then, we have taught several classes called Mysterious Night Vision Field Journal, which are currently in hiatus.

However, the website and blog continue through time with the addition of experimental art videos and artjournaling, as well as posts on artists, movements, and…well, anything that we create, our friends create, or that crosses our screen as being worthy of being called “Mysterious Night Vision” type art.
